Formed in September 1994 with its first meeting held in Shrewsbury attended by just 16 loyal recruits, and now membership stands at about 200, being one of the largest supporters group.
As a member you will have the opportunity to attend regular bi-monthly meetings with guest speakers all of who have, or have had, involvement with the Football Club. This can be manager / coaching staff, current or past players or anyone whose been part of the history of the club.
Over the years there have been many functions held with “big name” football stars including Paul Merson, Duncan McKenzie, Neil Ruddock, Ron Atkinson, Barry Fry, Tommy Smith, the late, great John Charles plus many more, whilst the ‘Shreds’ have raised many thousands of pounds for the Football Club.
