History
The group was formed after an initial meeting held in the Wheatsheaf pub in Gwersyllt. The group have raised and donated over £14k since its formation, mostly towards the club in the WST days.
They have increased their membership year by year; it currently stands at 85 plus 3 juniors. Regular meetings through the season have proved very successful with guests in attendance including former players, current players and other luminaries connected to the club.
As the club is no longer so reliant on sponsorship from fans groups the hroup are proposing to alter their constitution at our upcoming AGM to say we will support locally based charities and other worthy groups.
Regular meeting place is Gwersyllt Cricket Club in Bradley, usually on a Thursday evening during the season. Dates are advised on our facebook page.
AGM took place on Sunday 25th June at 12 noon in the cricket club. it was open to all but only members voted on proposals and election of officers.
